Boil pasta according to package, with pasta salad you want the pasta to remain with a "bite" nobody likes soggy pasta salad. undercook the pasta, slightly.
Drain pasta, run cold water to stop the pasta from cooking. Place in large bowl, set aside to cool further.
Cut tomatoes into halves or quartered, however you like. I leave the smaller ones whole.
Dice sweet peppers. You can add more or less sweet peppers according to your taste.
Take Mozzarella out of package. If using string cheese, cut into pieces, you may add less or more.
Add tomatoes, mozzarella, peppers, salt, pepper, Italian dressing and ranch packets to cooled pasta. mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours for a nice, refreshing pasta salad. I like it to make it the night before so all the flavors "marinate." Mix well before serving and add more Italian dressing if needed!!
